The most effective resuscitation time is the first 4-6 minutes after the onset of sudden death. This is also called “Golden lifesaving time”. The possibility of successful resuscitation will decrease sharply with every minute delayed. According to statistics, 87% of the Cardiac arrests were happened outside of the hospital, more than 25% of them died of the missed timely and effective CPR from the first witnesses.

More than 100,000 people pass away due to traffic accidents in China every year and according to the expert's analysis, more than 50% of those wounded would have been saved with timely and properly first-aids on-site, eg, hemostasis, dressing, fixation and handling.

Basic principles of first aid  (duties and obligations of first aiders, first aid inspection, key steps of first aid.)

Medical emergency first aid  (allergies, heart attack, syncope, hypoglycemia, stroke, convulsions, etc.)

Trauma emergency treatment  (hemostasis of wounds, head and neck/spine trauma, fractures and sprains, burns and electric shocks, etc.)

First aid for environmental injuries  (animal bites and stings, frostbite, heat-related emergencies, poisoning emergencies, etc.)

Afternoon: CPR + AED training and operation assessment
