International Medical Center (IMC-Beijing) has established direct-billing relationships with over 50 worldwide insurance providers so that we can help our customers facilitate medical claims in the most convenient manner. We assist with all the necessary medical claim forms and official receipts, we will send all of those papers directly to your insurance provider. With direct-billing procedures, you are only responsible for the portion of treatment cost that not covered by medical insurance policy.
Please bring your insurance membership card and related identity certification at your first visit. We will make copy and then put them into your medical files. After that, we will prepare necessary medical claim forms for your review during the treatment.
You need to sign forms and invoices after your treatment. We will submit them to claim department of your insurer on your behalf. If you are the guarantor for a juvenile client, please state your relationship and sign your name instead.
In addition, you should also pay the portion of the payment which is not covered by your insurance provider, such as deductibles, co-payment, and other items which not covered by your insurance policy. When the insurance payment transferred to our account, we will notify you the rejected claims via call or email. You can pay those payment either by walking in or instruct us to charge your credit card on file. We will keep strictly confidential with your insurance membership and credit card information.
